Bistro Muse Bistro Muse is now closed for the season Think spring 2010 to sample the culinary delights of intimate alfresco open-air dining patio nestled next to our vineyard. Relax on a sunny afternoon sipping wine and nibbling on some of our house specialties or weekly specials. We also have limited indoor seating for those chillier days. Reservations are appreciated when possible.

Menus & Wine Pairing Bistro Muse ~ Alfresco Nibbling & Tippling in a Vineyard Setting Weekly Musings Each week our Chef will be preparing a new soup, salad and sandwich to tantalize your taste buds. Constant Musings Inspired Greens Our signature salad of baby spinach, Salt Spring Island Goat cheese, tossed with organic pomegranate dressing, topped with dried blueberries, crunchy soy nuts and micro greens Tasting Plates to Share A selection of local cheeses and meats paired with delectable compotes, in a choice of sizes, either perfect for two or plenty for four The Muse Trio Three fabulous tarts, the first, a candied salmon w/ mascarpone cheese, lemon zest in a puff pastry. The second, caramelized onion with gorgonzola & thyme in a puff pastry drizzled w/ balsamic glaze. The final of this trio is a dark chocolate Ganache tart with raspberry coulis. To complete your A' Musement add a petite tasting paired with each tart.
